Emergency, health and crisis support
The Deborah Ubee Trust does not offer crisis support.
If you feel worried about the thoughts, feelings and/or behaviour you are experiencing or feel suicidal and worry that you can no longer keep yourself safe, please seek support immediately.
It is important to deal with serious problems as soon as they occur. Here is who to contact for immediate help:
For a life-threatening emergency call 999 immediately or go to your nearest accident and emergency (A&E) department.
If you live in Lewisham, Lambeth, phone the NHS Urgent Mental Health Line 0800 731 2864. You will be able to speak with a mental health professional and gain advice on the best course of care.
If you live outside of these areas, call your local Urgent Mental Health Line.
Go to your nearest accident and emergency (A&E) department.
You can also make an urgent appointment with your GP or call NHS 111.
Samaritans offer support via phone or text 116 123.
