New stress-relieving Yoga Therapy Group starts 16 May

We’re delighted to announce our upcoming Yoga Therapy Group – a series of one-hour sessions starting at 13.00 every Tuesday between 16 May and 20 June 2023.

Designed around supportive practices to help release stress in the body, the sessions are open to all and no previous experience of yoga (or any degree of flexibility) is needed to attend.

There will be some gentle movement, restorative postures, and breathing techniques to help make the body feel comfortable and safe. The emphasis will be on relieving symptoms, avoiding injury and restoring wellness.
