Introducing our new anxiety and stress prevention workshops

Supported by funding from Greenwich Community Grants, we will be delivering a series of anxiety and stress early intervention/prevention workshops. These are designed to help participants understand anxiety, stress and the impacts on body and mind, then provide relay strategies and techniques for improving feelings of calm and balance. These workshops will also be an opportunity for participants to network and offer peer support in a safe setting. 

These workshops are a key part of how the Trust is taking a more preventative and proactive approach in partnership with the community. By giving people the knowledge and practical tools to decrease anxiety and stress, we enable them to enhance their own emotional wellbeing for the benefit of both participants and their family and friends.
